10 Best TikTok Scheduling Tools (2024 Comparison)

TikTok Scheduling ToolsPin

Looking for the best TikTok scheduling tools? You’re in the right place.

Keeping up with your TikTok posting schedule can be tough, especially if you plan to publish multiple videos a day. Fortunately, scheduling tools make it much easier.

They let you map out your whole campaign way in advance and auto-publish videos for you at the times/dates you choose, while you’re busy doing something else.

In this post, I’ll be sharing what I think the best TikTok schedulers on the market are. I’ll compare all of their pros and cons, key features, and pricing to help you find the right solution for your needs.

The best TikTok scheduling tools – comparison

#1 – SocialBee

SocialBee is my top pick for the overall best TikTok scheduling tool. It’s especially good for TikTok users who plan to push out a lot of content thanks to its AI tools, category-based scheduling, and content recycling features.

SocialBee TikTok HomepagePin

There are two ways to schedule with SocialBee: directly through the app or via push notifications.

For TikTok videos under 3 minutes long and 512 MB, the app will auto-publish them for you. You just set the date/time you want it to go live and forget about it.

For anything larger or longer than that, SocialBee won’t be able to publish them directly. So instead, it’ll send you a push reminder at the right time, which you can click to load up the video in TikTok and post it manually in a couple of clicks.

SocialBee’s best time to post suggestions helps to ensure your videos go live at the perfect time for maximum engagement. And the evergreen content cycling feature allows you to automatically recycle videos that you want to schedule again to get more value out of them.

Aside from scheduling TikTok posts individually, you can also group multiple videos into categories (i.e. one for funny videos, one for promotional videos, etc.).

Then, you can schedule each category individually, and SocialBee will queue up all the posts in that category to go out weekly at your chosen times/dates. I find this method to be a lot faster. Plus, it helps to keep things organized so you get a good mix of different types of content.

Key features

  • Individual TikTok scheduling. Schedule posts one by one for auto-publishing or push notification reminders.
  • Category-based TikTok scheduling.  Organize your TikTok videos into categories and queue up each category separately for hands-off scheduling.
  • Content calendar. View all the TikTok videos you schedule in an interactive content calendar, for a birds-eye view of your campaign.
  • AI generator. Create engaging & fun TikTok captions for your video content automatically, and use the social media copilot feature to plan your entire strategy end-to-end.
  • Cross-posting. If you’re reposting your TikTok videos on other social media platforms (like Facebook Reels & Instagram Reels), quickly adjust the character count and create different caption variations for each site.
  • Content recycling. Automatically recycle videos that you want to share again to get more value out of them.

Pros and cons

  • Powerful TikTok scheduling tools
  • Content categories streamline the scheduling process
  • AI content & strategy generation saves you lots of work
  • Feature-rich and easy to use
  • Also integrates with most other social media platform
  • Can only directly publish TikTok videos up to 3 minutes long
  • Limited TikTok video creation/editing tools

Plans start from $29/month, save 16% with yearly billing. Get started with a 14-day free trial.

#2 – Pallyy

Pallyy is a good choice for content creators. It makes TikTok scheduling super easy thanks to its simple, beginner-friendly interface.

Pallyy TikTok SchedulerPin

I like the way Pallyy lets you schedule/publish content to multiple platforms at the same time.

First, you drag the video you want to share on TikTok from your media library to the calendar date you want to publish it on. Then, add your caption.

But before you hit schedule, you can toggle other socials on/off at the top to cross-post it to channels like Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, etc. And you can quickly tweak your caption to make unique variations for each channel.

Another feature I like is Pallyy’s ‘Saved Hashtags’. It lets you create pre-set hashtag lists that you can insert into your scheduled TikTok post captions in one click, which saves you from having to re-add them every time.

Pallyy supports auto-posting, so you don’t have to rely on push notifications. And it’s super affordable too. You can schedule up to 15 TikTok posts per month on the free plan without having to pay a penny. And if you need more than that, Pallyy Premium is great value for money.

Key features

  • Drag-and-drop TikTok scheduling. Schedule TikTok videos easily by dragging and dropping content from your media library onto the calendar.
  • Cross-posting. Share your TikTok videos on other socials with the cross-posting feature
  • Saved hashtags. Create and save lists of hashtags to add to future posts.
  • Inbox. View and manage your TikTok messages and comments from Pallyy’s unified social inbox.
  • Collaboration. Work together on TikTok posts with Pallyy’s team collaboration tools.

Pros and cons

  • Drag-and-drop content calendar for easy TikTok scheduling
  • Very easy to use with a highly visual UI
  • Super affordable plans and a generous free forever plan
  • Ideal for content creators
  • Not as good for marketers/agencies
  • Only one social set is included in the base price

Free plan available. Paid plans start from $18/month, save 10% with yearly billing. Get started with a 14-day free trial.

#3 – Sendible

Sendible is the best TikTok scheduling tool for agencies. It’s one of the only platforms I’ve tried that’s fully white-label, and it has a lot of useful features.

Sendible TikTok Scheduling ToolPin

Sendible offers several plans with multiple user seats and lots of social profiles, which is ideal if you’re an agency that manages the TikTok accounts of more than one brand.

Collaboration is built into the scheduling process. For example, you can set up approval workflows so that, once one of your team members creates and schedules a TikTok video, it’s sent through to a manager or client for signing off before it gets published.

Another cool feature for agencies is white labeling. You can create white-labeled dashboards with your branding, which clients can access through your website. You’ll still be using Sendible, but to your clients, it’ll look like your own in-house software.

There are a lot of neat scheduling features too. For example, personalized scheduling suggestions tell you what time to schedule each TikTok video for maximum engagement. And saved hashtags allow you to quickly add hashtags to all your videos to boost their reach.

Key features

  • TikTok scheduling. Schedule TikTok videos way in advance for direct publishing with no need for push notifications.
  • Smart Compose. Repurpose your TikTok videos into other social media content, and cross-post them to channels like Facebook Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram Reels.
  • Content calendar. Manage all your scheduled social posts from one unified, interactive content calendar.
  • Optimal times suggestions. Sendible analyzes the performance of all your social network profiles and offers personalized scheduling suggestions based on your engagement data.
  • Saved hashtags. Save hashtag combinations to the Content Library so you can quickly add them to new TikTok posts.
  • Approval workflows. Set up approval workflows to enable seamless collaboration with your team.
  • White-label. Create your own branded version of Sendible so your clients can log into their dashboards on your website.

Pros and cons

  • Ideal TikTok scheduling tool for agencies
  • Great collaboration features
  • Offers white labeling
  • Great value for money for teams
  • Not as good for individual TikTok creators
  • No AI caption writing tool

Plans start from $29/month, save 15% with yearly billing. Get started with a 14-day free trial.

#4 – Metricool

Metricool is a good option if you’re on a budget. Its free forever plan lets you plan and schedule up to 50 TikTok videos a month, and the paid plans are fairly affordable too.

Metricool TikTok HomepagePin

With Metricool, you can schedule TikTok posts from both your PC and mobile app. Unfortunately, auto-publishing is only available for videos up to 60 seconds in length—for anything over that, you’ll get push notifications and will have to post it manually.

My favorite scheduling feature is autolists. It lets you combine multiple TikTok videos (or any other social content) into lists, and then queue up each list separately to go out on different days of the week.

And for your evergreen content, you can turn on post recycling so that when the video gets posted, it’s requeued up at the back of the list to get shared again later.

In addition to TikTok scheduling, you can also analyze your performance with the built-in analytics feature, and view and reply to all your TikTok comments and messages from the social media inbox.

It’s not just for TikTok either. Metricool also integrates with other networks like Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, and even Twitch. So, you can manage all your social campaigns from one unified dashboard.

Key features

  • Planner. Create, schedule, and publish videos to TikTok and all your other socials from the content calendar.
  • TikTok Ads. Metricool is authorized by TikTok Ads (as well as Facebook Ads and Google Ads) so you can run paid campaigns and give your videos a boost.
  • Best time to post. Metricool suggests the best time to post to maximize the reach of your TikTok videos as you schedule them.
  • Autolists. Make sure you get a good mix of content by grouping videos into autolists. Then, schedule each autolist separately.
  • Other social media tools. Manage your social media presence more effectively with Metricool’s analytics and reports, competitor analysis, approval workflows, link-in-bio, and inbox management tools.

Pros and cons

  • Schedule up to 50 TikTok posts for free
  • Autolists speed up the scheduling process
  • Manage TikTok ads from inside your Metricool account
  • Supports other social media platforms aside from TikTok
  • Can only auto-publish TikTok videos under 60 seconds long
  • Doesn’t offer unlimited scheduling

Free plan available. Paid plans start at $22/month, get up to 20% off with yearly billing.

#5 – Later

Later is another powerful scheduling tool for TikTok, as well as other social media platforms.

Later TikTok SchedulerPin

You can schedule TikTok posts with Later individually and in bulk, and they’re published automatically (no push notifications needed).

The scheduling process is super easy. Create your post in the composer, then add hashtags, mentions, etc. After that, change your settings to decide whether or not you want to allow duets, stitches, and comments.

Then, choose the date and time you want it to go live and Later will take it from there.

There’s a built-in video editing tool so you can crop media and trim your TikTok clips down when scheduling. Plus, you can also add filters, text, and more.

I really like Later’s mobile app too—it’s great for busy creators and marketers who need to schedule on the go.

Another standout feature is its link-in-bio tool. It lets you create a mini web page to link to from your TikTok profile and makes your videos clickable and shoppable.

Key features

  • Built-in video editing. Edit your  TikTok content by cropping, adding text and more.
  • Link-in-bio tool. Easily create link pages to make your TikTok content easy to click and shop from.
  • Mobile App. Stay up-to-date with your TikTok scheduling on the go with the help of the Later App.

Pros and cons

  • Straightforward TikTok scheduling process
  • Can schedule posts from the mobile app
  • Comes with a built-in video editor so you can update videos before scheduling them
  • Video editor can be a little clunky

Plans start from $25/month and save 4 months when you pay yearly. Get started with a 14-day free trial.

#6 – Vista Social

Vista Social offers deeper integration with TikTok than any other scheduling tool I’ve tried. So, it’s able to offer some unique, useful features like the ability to discover trending sounds and add them to your videos.

Vista Social TikTok HomepagePin

My favorite thing about Vista Social is its visual TikTok planner. It visually recreates your feed and populates it with all your scheduled posts, so you can see what it will look like when you’re videos go live.

You can drag and drop new videos directly onto the planner to schedule them, and rearrange them to get the perfect look.

There’s a built-in video editor to help you create your videos. And it’s one of the few tools that lets you add custom thumbnails, and discover/add trending sounds.

I also like that Vista Social integrates with Canva and other media sites, so you can source stock videos for TikTok as well as graphics for all your other social posts.

You can manage multiple TikTok profiles from one dashboard (which is great for social media marketers and agencies), keep all your videos organized in a centralized media library, and review and manage your TikTok content from a unified social media publishing calendar.

Key features

  • Visual TikTok Planner. Plan your TikTok feed by dragging and dropping scheduled videos where you want them to go.
  • Cross-platform scheduling. Import and schedule social posts across multiple networks including TikTok from one place.
  • Trending audio. Browse Vista Social’s curated list of trending sounds and add them to your video. Plus, upload your own sounds to your media library.
  • Other features. AI assistant, approval workflows, optimal send times, content finder, URL tracking, social inbox, social listening, review management, and more.

Pros and cons

  • Deep TikTok integration
  • Better features than most other TikTok schedulers
  • Allows you to discover & add trending sounds from the app
  • Higher starting price than some other TikTok schedulers

Plans start from $39/month, get 20% off when you pay yearly. Get started with a 14-day free trial.

#7 – Sprout Social

Sprout Social is one of the most expensive TikTok scheduling tools on this list. The starting price is super high, so it’s only really worth it for large enterprises.

Sprout Social TikTok HomepagePin

Sprout Social is designed for more established businesses, and its feature set reflects that. In addition to all the usual scheduling/publishing tools, it comes with features big brands need like a social CRM, advanced reporting, review management, and employee advocacy tools.

You can schedule videos to TikTok alongside other networks in the unified content calendar. I particularly like the Optimal Send Times feature, which looks at 16 weeks’ worth of your own audience data to let you know what time to schedule each post to maximize reach and engagement.

You can store all your TikTok videos and other social media post graphics in a unified asset library, and import media from Canva, Google Drive, and other integrations.

Message Approval Workflows make it easy to collaborate with your team on TikTok posts. And once your TikTok videos go live, you can respond to comments quickly and easily through Sprout Social’s Smart Inbox.

You can also generate TikTok-specific or cross-network reports to evaluate your social media performance.

Key features

  • Optimal send times feature. Schedule your TikTok posts at the ideal time with the help of 16 weeks of data analysis.
  • Asset library. Store all your TikTok and social media content to be used at a later date.
  • Message approval workflows. Teams can collaborate on TikTok posts and work together to monitor commenting on live posts.

Pros and cons

  • A good choice for enterprises
  • Suggests optimal time to post TikTok videos
  • Collaboration features make it a good choice for teams
  • Very expensive
  • Not as easy to use as some other TikTok schedulers

Plans start at $249/month. Get started with a 30-day free trial.

#8 – TikTok Native Scheduler

TikTok recently released a native video scheduler so you can now schedule posts inside the app without spending a penny. But before you get too excited, keep in mind that it’s very limited.

TikTok Native SchedulerPin

Obviously, the best thing about the native scheduler is that it’s completely free. And it’s nice to be able to schedule posts without relying on any third-party tools. But that’s where the benefits end.

The biggest limitation is that you can only schedule a post up to 10 days in advance. So if you were hoping to plan content for the entire month/year, you’re out of luck.

The other big issue is that the native scheduler is only available on desktop (i.e. web browser)—you can’t schedule posts on the mobile app.

And you don’t get all the other bells and whistles that you get with paid TikTok schedulers, such as AI caption generation, category-based scheduling, cross-platform scheduling, best time to post suggestions, and so on.

There are a few other drawbacks aside from the above, like the fact that you can’t edit videos after you’ve scheduled them without deleting and re-uploading them from scratch.

So all in all, it’s not an ideal solution. That said, it might be a good option if you’re not ready to invest in a paid tool just yet.

Key features

  • In-app scheduling. Schedule posts directly from your TikTok profile—no integrations necessary.
  • Privacy settings. As you schedule posts in TikTok, you can change the privacy settings, including whether or not people can duet your video or leave comments.
  • Post previews. Once you’ve scheduled a video, you’ll be able to see it alongside other drafts in your Profile view.
  • Push notifications. Once the scheduled video goes live, TikTok will send a push notification to let you know.

Pros and cons

  • Schedule TikTok videos for free
  • No need for any third-party integrations
  • Seamlessly integrated into TikTok’s regular posting process
  • Very easy to use
  • Can only schedule TikTok videos up to 10 days in advance
  • Not available in the mobile app (desktop only)
  • Can only schedule posts individually (no category-based or bulk scheduling)
  • Doesn’t tell you the best time to post on TikTok

TikTok’s native scheduler is free to use.

#9 – Loomly

Loomly is another one of the easiest-to-use TikTok scheduling tools—I really like its user interface and content calendar.

Loomly Social Media SchedulerPin

It works the same way as other schedulers: You upload your video (or import it from Canva/Google Drive), select the date/time you want it to go out in the content calendar, set a cover photo and caption, and schedule it.

I like that the content calendar is loaded with hundreds of daily post ideas, hashtags, and holiday notifications. It’s helpful when you’re struggling to come up with ideas for your next video.

I also like that you can preview TikTok videos before posting and get tips to help you optimize them. And if you need to make changes to them, you can do so in the built-in video editor.

If you’re working with a team, you can set up multi-level workflows and approval workflows, with tags to notify you which stage each video is at in the process (e.g. drafted, pending approval, approved, scheduled, requires edits, etc.).

Key features

  • TikTok post scheduling. Schedule and auto-publish posts to any TikTok account with ease.
  • Approval workflows. Set up multi-layer approval workflows to manage team collaboration
  • Video repurposing. Repurpose and share your TikTok videos on other short-form platforms like YouTube Shorts & Instagram Reels
  • Content inspiration. Get hundreds of post ideas and source content through Canva, Unsplash, and GIPHY.

Pros and cons

  • Easy TikTok scheduling process
  • Great built-in video editing tool
  • Content calendar provides TikTok video ideas
  • Higher starting price than other TikTok schedulers

Plans start from $42/month, save 25% with yearly billing. Get started with a 15-day free trial.

#10 – Brandwatch

Brandwatch is another all-in-one social media management tool that offers TikTok scheduling, as well as all the other tools you need to manage your socials. It’s built more for brands than individual creators/influencers.

Brandwatch TikTok HomepagePin

It’s an official TikTok partner, so it offers deep integration with the app. You can manage multiple TikTok accounts from one dashboard, alongside all your other social media profiles.

Aside from creating, scheduling, and publishing TikTok videos, you can also keep track of your comments from the unified social inbox. Plus, analyze the performance of each video with real-time reporting tools.

Brandwatch’s wider social suite also includes its Influence tool, which helps brands discover TikTok influencers to partner with and manage their influencer marketing campaigns.

Key features

  • Unified dashboard. Manage multiple TikTok and social media accounts by using Brandwatch’s social media scheduling tools and unified dashboard.
  • Analytics and reporting. Keep track of your TikTok analytics using Brandwatch’s analytics and real-time reporting features.
  • Influence tool. Discover new influencers in your niche for your social media marketing campaigns using the TikTok Influencer tool.

Pros and cons

  • Official TikTok partner
  • Manage multiple TikTok accounts
  • Good analytics and reporting features
  • Quite expensive

Brandwatch offers pricing information on request, so you’ll need to get in touch with them for a quote.

Final thoughts

There you have it—a comparison of the best TikTok scheduling tools on the market.

All of them share the same basic functionality, allowing you to schedule videos to be published to TikTok ahead of time, but each has its own unique additional features and its own pros and cons.

The right choice for you will depend on factors like whether you want to only schedule content to TikTok or other platforms too, whether you need other social media management tools like analytics and inbox management, your preferred workflow, your budget, etc.
